LifeStar Goes to 2 Car at 4 Corners

Sunday afternoon Salem and Gardner Lake went to a 2 car "t bone" job right at the four corners. Shorty after the tone dispatch notified units that there was a tech on scene requesting both helicopters. Only one was available and that landed in the marketplace parking lot. Mutual aid from M-300 and M-400 who also transported patients was needed. R-628 was called in to a medical during this call right across the street. Extrication was needed as the crew from Et-121 had to drag the pickup away from the vehicle first before the roof could be removed by R-127 and Et-121's crews. State police performed reconstruction and fire police held the scene for about 3 hrs as the roads were pretty much shut down. (pics to follow)
