False Alarm = Full Response

Sunday morning just before noon tones hit for a commercial fire alarm at Getty Granite. After all the trucks were either responding or on the pad dispatch informed us about cleaning operations in progress and an accidental alarm trip.

Spending Time in Town

On saturday the department went out on it's third ladder demonstration. These are in hopes of getting out into the town and conversing with the people so they know our current apparatus is not up to par anymore. There will be a vote and meeting to see if money is approved for a new truck coming up in May.

Strong storm makes for a long night

Et121, Service 121 and Forestry 121 responded to over 10 calls for wires and trees down in the roadway thanks to wind gusts over 40mph and heavy saturating rains all day.
